Queen and Dragon

With this illustration I wanted to incorporate colors that came naturally to me and create an image full of color and life. Initially when I painted the image I had the setting towards daytime, but I felt the values were stronger when I geared the color work towards night time, as it helped emphasize the figure more and allowed me to play with a much larger palette. I hope you enjoy the illustration as I had a great time bringing it to life!
